Titled “City of Mesa Climate Action Plan for a Sustainable Community“, released in June, 2022, was never printed and distributed to the citizens of Mesa. Rather, the downloadable Adobe Acrobat file was buried on the town website in a format that could not be properly printed on a home or commercial printer. This 97 page document will guide the city’s planning for decades to come and will result in millions of misspent dollars to support a green agenda that did not originate in Mesa in the first place.
